Our Work

 Our Process

  1. System Design: The first step is to determine the heating and cooling requirements of the home. Factors such as climate, home size, insulation levels, and the number of occupants are taken into account to determine the appropriate system size and capacity.
  2. Equipment Selection: Based on the design requirements, the HVAC contractor selects the appropriate heating and cooling equipment, such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, or ductless mini-split systems. Energy efficiency ratings, like SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) and AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency), are often considered when choosing equipment.
  3. Ductwork Installation: In homes with ducted HVAC systems, proper ductwork installation is essential. This includes designing and installing ducts to deliver conditioned air efficiently to each room. Care must be taken to ensure proper sizing, insulation, sealing, and routing of ductwork.
  4. Thermostat and Controls: Installing a programmable or smart thermostat allows homeowners to manage and control their HVAC system efficiently, optimizing comfort and energy savings.
  5. Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality: Adequate ventilation and air filtration systems are crucial for maintaining good indoor air quality. Installation of ventilation systems, air purifiers, and air filtration systems may be necessary to ensure healthy air circulation.
  6. Electrical and Gas Connections: Proper electrical and gas connections are essential for the safe and efficient operation of HVAC systems. Qualified technicians ensure that all electrical connections and gas lines are appropriately installed and meet local codes and safety standards.
  7. Testing and Commissioning: After installation, comprehensive testing and commissioning are performed to verify the performance of the HVAC system. This includes checking system airflow, refrigerant levels, and combustion efficiency, among other factors.
  8. Customer Education: Once the HVAC system is installed, technicians provide homeowners with information on system operation, maintenance requirements, and energy-saving tips. This helps homeowners make the most of their new HVAC system and ensure its longevity.
