Our emergency service fees are $265.00 for the first hour, followed by $155.00 per hour for furnace and A/C services or $185.00 per hour for hydronics services thereafter. If our Service Technician is unable to complete the service during the initial visit due to unavailability of materials until the next business day, or if special order items are necessary, the diagnostic fees outlined above will apply, and an additional return service call fee will be charged upon completion of the work. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the fees specified above. Once your appointment is scheduled, the emergency fee of $265.00 must be paid to secure your booking. If payment is not received prior to the appointment, it will be cancelled. Please be advised that all fees listed above are exclusive of applicable taxes.
