All items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless deemed defective.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product meets their needs and requirements before purchasing items. Please reach out if you have any questions prior to making your purchase.
Damage/Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Depending on our assessment, we may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.
To initiate a return for a defective or damaged item:

- Provide your order number, details of the defect or damage, and any photos if applicable.
- Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
